- Brief check-in with each woman sharing updates, struggles, wins
- Facilitated conversation with monthly business focus
- Real-time action taking during the session
- Collective problem solving using real life challenges - group wisdom, reflection and ideas
- Integration, action and accountability monthly worksheet
- Grazing plate and non-alcohol drinks provided
Accountability & momentum session:
- Held mid-month between the group sessions
- 45min session with Fiona via phone or Zoom including:
- Accountability follow-up to maintain momentum and ensure you're getting the outcomes you want, bounce ideas, and ask questions
- Sharing of resources for your individual needs
- NLP mindset coaching or communication coaching (as needed) to work through limiting beliefs, challenges or to master your communication and business message

FAQ's:
- Can I just come along to the group sessions? I really want you to have the desired success you are looking for (and deserve) and have designed this program specifically to support the challenges of small business women I have identified over many years, in a way that I believe will meet their needs best. There has been, and will be in the future, other workshops that will be stand-alone events. This program works best when group and individual sessions are both engaged fully. So, no... not this time. But, please keep an eye out for other opportunities if you don't want to have 1:1 sessions now.
- Give me an example of will be covered in the 1:1 sessions? Every action we take starts as a thought. Each thought is backed unconsciously by our past experiences, emotions and beliefs. We can convince ourselves we will follow through and have what it takes to achieve our results, but when we have underlying unhelpful beliefs they can hold us back without realising it. Using NLP tools and coaching I can help bring these to your awareness and shift those with you so they will no longer be a roadblock to your success. For those struggling with getting your message across to your clients/audience, as a speaking coach I can help you create a pitch, get clear on your message, craft your content and speak with confidence and certainty.
- What if I miss a session? I will email all members a summary after each group session outlining what was discussed, links to resources, outcomes from the session etc and the worksheet for the month. We can also catch up during your 1:1 time with me. I understand sometimes there may be unexpected things that arise and derail our plans. The dates and times are set for the whole year ahead, making scheduling this as a priority easier for you.
- Can I have just 1:1 coaching with you? Absolutely!! Contact me for a FREE 30min chat so we can get on the same page about what specifically you want from coaching and how I can best help you get the results you are looking for. This is available separate to The Nest at any time.
