- 1st Monday of each month, 6:30-8:30pm

In-person monthly group format:
- Warm welcome and connection
- Brief check-in with each woman sharing updates, struggles, wins
- Facilitated conversation with monthly business focus
- Real-time action taking during the session
- Collective problem solving using real life challenges - group wisdom, reflection and ideas
- Integration, action and accountability monthly worksheet
- Grazing plate and non-alcohol drinks provided
- Monthly cost of $49 includes:
- in-person facilitated group session, catering and worksheets.

1:1 Accountability & momentum session:
BOOST your progress and productivity with:
- 1:1 personal session held mid-month between the group sessions
- 45min session with Fiona via phone or Zoom including:
- Accountability follow-up to maintain momentum and ensure you're getting the outcomes you want, bounce ideas, and ask questions
- Tailoring of resources for your individual needs
- NLP mindset coaching or communication coaching (as needed) to work through limiting beliefs, challenges, develop strategies or to master your offering or messaging.
- Session fee = $89 (value $97.50)

FAQ's:
- Can I just come along to the group sessions? Yes, of course. If you decide at any point you want to have a 1:1 session you most certainly can.
- Can you give me an example of will be covered in the 1:1 sessions? In reality, it's whatever you need it to be. If you struggle to follow through, get caught up in distraction, or have negative self-talk we can work on that using NLP processes. If getting organised and sticking to a plan is not your strength, I have clear strategies to help. If you simply need to have someone to help hold you accountable I will have your back, hold your heart and kick your butt (if that's what you need) and coach you to help maintain momentum, limit roadblocks and accelerate your success. For those struggling with getting your message across to your clients/audience, as a speaking coach I can help you create a pitch, get clear on your message, craft your content and speak with confidence and certainty.
- What if I miss a session? That's ok, just come along when you can. if you have paid up-front up for 6 group sessions and were really looking forward to particular content I will email you a summary of what was discussed, links to resources, etc and the worksheet for the month (I don't want you to have FOMO!). If you have booked in for 1:1 sessions with me we can also catch up during your 1:1 time.
- Can I have just 1:1 coaching with you? Absolutely!! Contact me for a FREE 30min chat so we can get on the same page about what specifically you want from coaching and how I can best help you get the results you are looking for. This is available separate to The Nest at any time.

Having trained coaches and mentors, facilitated women's leadership development and many other programs, led committees and been a board member for local business and networking groups, I am well-positioned to deliver a wonderful opportunity to help you shine as a small business woman.
