The most important commitment you can make is to yourself! Whilst it is important to honour any commitment you make with me in terms of a program or package, if you dishonour your commitment to me, I will get over it. If you break your own commitment to yourself you really need to ask yourself why.

Absolutely is the answer! We often let life go by without paying too much attention to where we are heading. Without taking time to reflect, reset your intentions and goals, and look after yourself you can end up stuck in a rut that causes you to feel like you're stuck in that movie 'Groundhog Day' and you can't get out. It may take some time to really get on a good and steady track, but with a combination of coaching and other modalities I can help you Make profound and lasting change!
Absolutely! Sessions can also be done via Zoom or over the phone. Taking travel time out of the equation can make fitting in coaching/NLP sessions a more do-able option. It gives you the freedom to have your session in the comfort of your own home or office, in your PJ's, on the lounge, with a cuppa by your side. If you're local we can have a coaching session while walking along the beach if you like!!
