Every client needs to sign a commitment contract our packages. We will set the terms of the commitment contract to fit your goals and plans.

The first step is to schedule an introductory phone call.  Let's chat so we can get an idea of how well we work together and what our next steps should be from here.

 In a nutshell... In a coaching session we work on clarifying what your goals are in whatever areas of your life you wish to work on, break them down into manageable steps, removing blocks to achieving, and identify strategies to help you achieve your goals. It is also important to discuss how you plan to celebrate your successes!!

 Absolutely!  Sessions can also be done via Zoom or over the phone.  Taking travel time out of the equation can make fitting in coaching/NLP sessions a more doable option.  It gives you the freedom to have your session in the comfort of your own home or office.  I've had many coaching sessions with a client late at night or early morning in their PJ's, on the lounge, cuppa by their side.  What ever works for you is good for me.

 Sometimes we need to start on your inner self.  Relieving stress, clearing mental clutter and improving relaxation can assist a person to be able to better work on the more tangible aspects of reaching a goal.  Healing therapies can achieve this.  NLP, Matrix Therapies and Hypnotherapy can resolve unconscious blocks, unhelpful habits and thought patterns, and self-sabotages that consistently get in the way of us achieving our best, or even moving forward at all.
