Over the course of my career I have developed my skills and furthered my knowledge and experience for the sole (soul) purpose of helping others live a better, healthier, happier life.  My work is not so much work, as a calling.  

For 13 years I have worked in the space of human potential, helping people understand and accept where they are now and identify what they want their future to look and feel like.  The space in between the two - the gap - is where personal leadership coaching happens.

In this space I help you explore what it is you need to do, how it is you you would like to feel, what you need to let go of and how you need to change to create the life you really want.

It's easy to get stuck in the expectations of others and numb ourselves when we don't want to face what is currently happening.  When we feel out of control it is easy to slip into the mode of 'victim thinking' to try and help us feel better about ourselves.  Procrastination can be our 'go to' when we don't know how to begin to create change, only to be getting stuck in a place or circumstance we don't want to be in.

Add to all of these personal  issues a job, a family, social commitments and other activities and we have a recipe for overwhelm.

Sometimes we we can't see the forest for the trees because we a re too close to our problems.   So, how do we get out of our rut when we can't see our way out? 

Having someone help us see things from a different perspective can shed a light  for us to see our way out.  A coaching conversation is all about being asked the right questions in the right way so we can come up with the answers for ourselves.  This is much more empowering than asking for help and expecting someone else to give us the answers and hand our ideal life to us on a platter.
